Step 1: Contact Me

To begin your order, you can fill out the quick estimate form on my site by going here, emailing me by filling out the email form on my contact page, or you can call my workshop at: 619.441.9217

Be sure to include a description as to what you might want your wedding cake topper, Christmas ornament, or statuette to look like. This includes how many figures will be made, accessories, articles of clothing, or small details that you believe are important. Equally important is the date that you need your order done by.

I will answer any messages, or calls received in a timely manner. Please note that my business hours are as follows:

Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Time

Step 2:  Send in your photos

Next, I will need photos of the subjects I will be creating figurines of. There are two ways you can send your photos to me:

1) After we have agreed on the terms of your order, I will email you a link to a page on my site where you can upload and send the pictures to me via email.

2) If you do not have digital copies of your photos, you are more than welcome to create photo copies of your photos, or snap pictures that you would not mind losing and send them to me via snail mail. Your photos can be sent by this method only at your specific request and please do not send original, irreplaceable photos as there is no guarantee that they can be returned, thank you.

Step 3: The Creation Process

Before your order is created, 50% of the order price must be paid. Please note, this first payment is non-refundable. Once your payment is received, I will begin working on your order. When your order is complete, I will send your images of the finished product and, upon your approval, I will send you an invoice for the balance on the order. Once your final payment is received, your product will be safely packaged and shipped. Note: customized orders are non-refundable.
